Ear of the Heart Yoga is a studio that offers Kripalu and Restorative yoga classes and private sessions for students of all levels, as well as specialized classes, private sessions and home visits for women touched by cancer. The studio derives its name from folklore which explains that the sound you hear when you hold a seashell to your ear is the song of the heart of the universe and the spiral on the end of the shell is the ear of the heart. This yoga practice was created as a place where the heart can listen.

Situated in a peaceful, wooded area overlooking a beautiful beaver pond in a corner of Hinesburg, between Richmond and Huntington, the Ear of the Heart Yoga Studio is a small piece of Vermont heaven.

Only 30 minutes from Burlington, and 40 minutes from Montpelier, the studio provides a tranquil and natural setting where all students can experience peace, reduce stress and explore their understanding and appreciation of self while increasing the strength and flexibility of their bodies.

Ear of the Heart is able to host weekend workshops and retreats which can be custom designed to suit the special needs of your group.
